Designing and Managing Consultations

GCL has extensive experience of designing and managing independent consultations with employees, customers and clients covering a wide range of issues. We understand inclusive communications and methods of engaging with all groups of society, including those often considered "hard to reach".

We are able to recruit appropriate participants, draft appropriate scripts and/or surveys and analyse and present material effectively.

Working with a range of clients, we have a broad portfolio of techniques, which allow us to gather relevant insights from stakeholders and others to inform inclusive policy and practice development.

Our extensive experience of equality & diversity issues means that we can ensure that all consultations are inclusive, accessible and credible.
