Disability Confidence in providing outplacement support to disabled people
Being made redundant is never easy and for disabled people the challenges of finding a new role and/or direction can seem even more challenging.
GCL recognises that whilst the essential requirements of effective outplacement support may be the same - good communication, careful analysis, sensitivity and continued support - the approach may need to be different. This half day course looks at what outplacement service providers need to consider in order to minimise the legal and reputational risks of getting it wrong, whilst maximising from the very real benefits - to disabled recipients and clients - of getting it right.
